iTalk - http://italksync.com/
Record a story, song, poem or any audio sounds.

Play back is in MP3. You can download to your computer or send short recordings through email. Once you’ve received them on your computer you can email them to parents, post in Schoology, share on other computers, store for assessment.
Try:
  • Have your students read a selection, listen to their own recording, and then read again.
  • Have your classroom buddies record stories for their younger (or older buddies).
  • Record a child reading and send the email to a parent to demonstrate what you’re hearing in school.
  • Record directions to a center for students to listen to before they do the work.
This app works with a program you can install on your PC which allows you to wirelessly send all of the recordings to your computer. It is very quick and easy.

  • Have students write spelling words.
  • Record yourself giving a spelling test.
  • Allow a student to write a story or other work. Email to yourself when complete.
  • Have a student read aloud and then check after each sentence to make sure they said the correct words.

For users, ShowMe capitalizes on the touch computing of the iPad, which feels more interactive than a mouse and keyboard, but it also provides the “pen on paper” look-and-feel. While glossy educational animations can do a lot to teach concepts,
